Ah the internet - such a great way to foster communication. It can also be a pain to keep everything organized with so many ways to get ahold of people, as well as a breeding ground for spam mail and junk mail. For those reasons, I won't be sharing my personal email address on the site. However, I AM going to give you a few ways to get in touch with me with any questions you might have, and make it easier to know when I have updated the site:
Join the Community
If you would like to be the first to know when I post new articles to the site, feel free to use the links to the right to join the community. I will be Facebooking, Blogging, YouTubing & Tweeting all site updates, workout schedules, and helpful tips as much as possible. This site has no greater purpose if others do not find some use out of it - so help me spread the word!
Question of the Week
While I would love to cover every nook and cranny of my experience on this site - there is no way I will be able to. I am sure that some of you will have questions. These questions can be about anything fitness or health related - and remember - there are no "stupid questions". Each week, I will cover one of the questions I receive right on the blog. Eventually I hope to be able to do a weekly giveaway to the best "Question of the Week"... but for now, I am just a man with a blog - so a "thanks for contributing to the site" is gonna have to do.
