Couples Workout… DO IT!

I have said it before, and I will say it again. I LOVE WORKING OUT WITH MY WIFE!
We hit the gym today and it felt great! Did some circuit training and then some cardio. Farewell 400 calories!
I feel like I push myself harder. I feel like I sweat more. I even feel better post-workout. I don't know if its because it feels good to know we are both doing what we can to stay as healthy as possible, or what - and I don't care. If you haven't tried working out with your significant other - DO IT!

I think it’s great that you have a ‘workout buddy’ who is more than just a ‘buddy.’ She is by your side and the motivation you two feed each other is probably so valuable. I can’t wait to find a sig. oth. to workout with – but for now I need to be content working out solo. One day.

I kid, I kid…I think working out with a significant other would be a great idea, someone to stay healthy with, and to challenge yourself and them (at least, thats what I do, and I’d kick that suckers ass too!)
